  • Our kitchen handles nuts, dairy, wheat, eggs, and soy.

  • We cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free environment.

  • Cross-contamination may happen during baking and decorating.

 

Custom Orders & Payments

  • We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your date.

  • Full payment is due 48 hours days before pickup.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before pickup cannot be refunded.

  • Design changes are not allowed after 3 days before your event.

 

Product Variations & Storage

  • Fresh flowers and non-edible decorations may be used on custom items. Remove them before eating.

  • Colors and designs may vary slightly from reference photos.

  • Keep cakes refrigerated or in a cool place as advised.

  • We are not responsible for damage to items after pickup or delivery.
